Our objective has been to achieve Environmental Sustainability by advancing waste management, promoting recycling, conserving natural resources, and shifting to a circular economy in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Hazardous industrial and medical wastes pose a grave danger to human health and the environment when diverted to a landfill. With the introduction of our state-of-art incineration plant for the incineration of Hazardous non-recyclable wastes, we have significantly reduced the burden on the landfill in the Kingdom, but this is just the beginning. We are constantly on the lookout for new innovative solutions to the ever-present threat to our environment.
The Board of Directors is always looking to the future and finding ways to improve public and corporate awareness about the benefits of sound waste management. It is important for everyone to understand that recycling plays a vital role in a vibrant economy whilst at the same time dramatically changing our environment and society for the better.
